My Thesis:
 Cities promote themselves through social network service, utilizing social network business.

What I hope to learn from this source:
 I have learned about what is Social Business. So then, I hope to find more professional and exact statics and information about how they effective on business like promoting. Social Business gets more and more useful to promote not only private corporations, but also cities that want to be developed. In other words, what I want to say through this information is why social networks are good for city promotion. These three articles focus on private profit-making business, so I might need to sort some information out that can be used for my essay.

 Social listening can be incredibly valuable to business in the long run. Social monitoring makes you listen to feedback to help you develop products and services that accurately fit your customer needs. 

 Social Media Monitoring leads immediate connection and have real-time conversation with customers (in my case, the public). In the past, complaint or letters from a disgruntled customer are easy to neglected, social media, however, has made conversation between brands and customers transparent for the world to see.
It has advantages : First, social media monitoring is the process of carefully listening on social networks for conversation, and a brand that be agile for customer's needs (through social media) and be prompt in act would be highly evaluated online image and brand by showing response and interested customers needs. 


 Moreover, lots of today social media monitoring tool can be used for free, and even easy, not costly and not time consuming for both customers and managers.
  
  Emotion Sharing : Through Facebook study, the result said emotions shared online are contagious. 
On online social networking, a person own emotion spread. Using weather records, they were able to see that gloomy rainy-day emotions were transmitting through the Facebook network to friends who lived in places where it wasn't raining. From the study result, researchers found that not only negative emotions are contagious, but also positive emotions are even more. Applying Marketing takeaway - "Keep on sunny side!"

 Re-purposing feedback on SNS : Most of users of online networking social media crave feedback and responses. Using the treats, business could share conversation with users and add value, opinions.
